Workload and Resource Planning Manager

Purpose of the role:

• Site resource/headcount planning and forecast, synchronize the metiers sequences and the project schedules

• Optimize resources and Improve inter-sites commitments (demand and deliveries)

• Reinforce and manage reporting on a monthly basis & synchronise with the monthly cost forecast process

Roles and Responsibilities:

Apply the company's Planning Forecast Management Processes.

In contract or program execution

• Monthly coordination and consolidation of workload planning of all bids/projects and all work packages 

• Analyze resource planning from departments vs projects, data arbitration/adjustment if not aligned.  

• Collect resources/workloads related information for stakeholders/suppliers, if applicable

• Synchronizing data and Reporting to Site Management team monthly and Central Workload management team.

• Being the point of contact for Bangkok Resource Availability.

Performance measurement in contract or program execution

• Timely updates of resource schedules, time booking data management

• Reliable data in terms of resource availability / headcount

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineering / Business degree

• Data Management/ Advance Excel

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Advance skills in MS Excel, or demonstrate ability to learn and understand quickly

• Accuracy and attention to details

• Good presentation skills

• Basic knowledge of project scheduling.

• Good interpersonal skills; a team player.

• Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment.
