What We're Looking For We’re on the hunt for a creative and culturally tuned-in Wellness Director to lead our wellness movement across all Collective Hospitality properties. You’ll be responsible for developing wellness programs that are fresh, accessible, and engaging—from sunrise yoga to mental health moments to sound baths after epic nights out. Responsibilities Create, launch, and oversee innovative wellness programs across multiple properties Work with internal teams to integrate wellness into guest experiences, staff life, and brand culture Build a network of facilitators (yoga instructors, breath work coaches, wellness practitioners) in key locations Stay ahead of global wellness trends and adapt them for our traveler demographic Support wellness-related content creation in collaboration with marketing and experience teams Lead trainings, workshops, and wellness activation onsite and virtually Ensure wellness is inclusive, fun, culturally respectful, and aligned with the brand’s youthful spirit Qualifications Proven experience in the wellness or hospitality space (e.g., wellness director, experience manager, or retreat coordinator) Certified in one or more wellness disciplines (yoga, meditation, coaching, breathwork, etc.) Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and global wellness movements Experience developing and scaling programs across multiple locations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, multicultural environments Fluency in English (additional languages a bonus)
