About the role
As a Village Manager at PLUS +', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential community in the Don Mueang area of Bangkok. This full-time position requires excellent English communication skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, including residents, service providers, and the broader PLUS +' team.
What you'll be doing
Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential community, ensuring a high standard of living for all residentsServe as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionallyCoordinate with various service providers, such as security, cleaning, and maintenance, to ensure the smooth running of the communityOversee the implementation of community rules and regulations, promoting a harmonious living environmentCollaborate with the PLUS +' team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the community's amenities and servicesManage the community's budget and oversee financial reportingAttend to emergency situations and take appropriate actions to resolve themWhat we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and EnglishStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively handle a diverse range of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to use property management softwareDetailed-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing residential communities in ThailandAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we offer
