Venture & Accelerator Partnerships Manager (Krungsri Finnovate)

Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Venture & Accelerator Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and managing partnerships with startups, investment teams, and research partners while actively contributing to the growth of our accelerator network. This role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of the investment landscape, and a passion for innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams, track portfolio performance, and contribute to the research and presentation of findings. 

Location: Bangkok, TH | Travel Requirement: Frequent international travel 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage accelerator partnerships, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to timelines. 
• Collaborate with the investment team to assess startup potential and optimize portfolio growth. 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with startups, investors, and partners. 
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities with the investment team. 
• Conduct market research and present findings on trends, opportunities, and partnerships. 
• Provide guidance to startups based on firsthand experience and understanding of their challenges. 
• Assess business models, financial strategies, and growth potential of startups. 
• Communicate, negotiate, and align goals with stakeholders.
• Adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments with innovative solutions. 
• Travel internationally for meetings and events. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or certifications a plus. 
• Proven experience in project and relationship management within startups or accelerators. 
• In-depth knowledge of startup dynamics and business strategies. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Flexible, analytical, and able to work in a dynamic environment. 
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
