UX/UI Designer (Financial Exp.)

We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can effectively design intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from understanding user needs to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative product features.

• Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.

• Ensure the usability and accessibility of the product, optimizing designs for user experience and business impact.

• Identify effective design patterns and proactively enhance them based on user data and best practices.

• Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve design outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.

• Strong visual design expertise, including proficiency in layout, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative and innovative solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Deep empathy for users, ensuring design decisions align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Figma, Overflow, and other industry-standard design tools.

• Understanding of design processes, usability principles, and data-driven design approaches.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
