Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Post job openings on job boards, and social media platforms.
- Use various sourcing channels to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping and build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Schedule interviews with relevant departments and manage interview feedback.
- Negotiate salaries, offer letters, and employment contracts with candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure all compliance and administrative tasks are completed.
- Keep accurate records of candidates' applications, interviews, and hiring status.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze trends to optimize the recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build relationships with potential hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess and interview candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment regulations.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
- Good English communication skill both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
