Urgent! Credit Analyst (Leasing or Automotive) @BTS Ploen Chit - (ID: 666152)

Location: BTS Ploen Chit, Bangkok

Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 17.30

Responsibilities:

• Oversee company’s Credit Analysis processing, prospect & new customer and renew & existing customer, report, developing tools for assessing and mitigating credit risk in accordance with the situation.

• Lead the Credit Team to achieve targets together with finding new opportunities to improve work process

• Oversee and monitor overall company targets to determine the appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with management and assist the head of department to determine credit risk and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting and finance or related fields

• Minimum 10+ years of working experience of B2B credit or related fields with strong management skills

• Experience managing subordinates at least 5 persons

• Excellent command in English, both speaking and writing

• Proficiency in managing projects, including setting objectives, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ability to analyze complex data, identify risk factors, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Strong capability to think strategically and implement credit risk management practices that align with organizational goals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey risk-related concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

• Automotive / leasing business would be preferable.
