Technical Training Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Keep customers satisfaction of company product.

• Markerting support to all dealers, implement new product,new features, product knowledge, maintenance & etc. Encourage after saleservice activity.

• Maintain dealer's mechanics basic knowledge,improvetechnicalskill for short term & long term.

• Create new training course & new training material for services value added, techniques to maximize spareparts sales and profitability.

• Other support, non-technicaltraining request such as basic parts training, more advance parts training.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Agricultural or Equivalent)

• Working experience At least 5 years in Hydraulic system, Electrical & Diesel Engine.

• Good efficiency level to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

• Proficiency level in English communication (TOEIC score 600 up), Japanese or third language will be advantage.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to detail.

• Worked in Heavy industries equipment, Automotive or Agricultural machinery.

• Have a background working with multinational companies.

• Able to travel frequently to work abroad.
