Technical Support Engineer ( Samutsakhon Factory )

Position Title: Technical Support Engineer

Department: Production

Location: Samutsakhon Factory

Employment Type: Full-time 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday

Main Business: Packaging Industry. Our group company specializes in providing shrink sleeve labels, pressure-sensitive labels, spouted pouches, and label application systems. We are headquartered in Japan and operate in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop to determine the optimal machine conditions that meet customer requirements.

• Study and collect customer machine data to improve, develop, and troubleshoot issues when problems arise.

• Provide recommendations and explain machine conditions to customers.

• Prepare documentation related to research and development.

• Coordinate with relevant departments and execute tasks according to the plan.

• Continuously study and acquire new knowledge to improve work processes for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

• Knowledge of lab equipment and other analytical tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English

• Positive attitude towards work, eager to learn new things, and able to work as part of a team

• Highly adaptable, able to accept and manage frequent changes in the work environment

• Capable of working under pressure
