Talent Acquisition Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Job Description

In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a crucial part in our success by sourcing industry’s best talent who will make our work here possible.

Responsibilities:

  • The type of positions you will be sourcing for include, but not limited to, the following:

o    Digital Marketing Positions: Graphic Designer, Strategic Planner, Content Marketing, Creative, Ads Optimizer, Sales Consultant, Project Owner, etc.

o    Support Positions: Occasionally, you will help with some back office positions in accounting or people operations as needed.

  • Develop/modify/ understand job descriptions and job postings: Work with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. You will post job openings on job boards (JobsDB, JobThai), social media channels (Facebook Group, Linkedin), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies: Use a variety of tactics to find and attract candidates, including online job postings, social media outreach, employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings: Review resumes and applications to determine whether candidates have the right skills, experience, and cultural fit for the job before sending to the hiring teams for consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews: Work with hiring managers and other team members to schedule interviews and ensure that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers: Work with hiring managers to determine appropriate salary for each candidate, close the deal and handle related paperwork such as employment contracts.
  • Conduct background and reference checks:Verify employment history, education, and other relevant information for each candidate.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, including candidate resumes, contact information, reasons for acceptance and rejections or when to follow up with a candidate in the future.
  • Building and maintaining a network: Stay in touch with past candidates and maintain relationships with industry contacts to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends & company activities: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Participate in company-wide activities to be immersed in the company culture and able to answer candidates’ questions about the company from firsthand experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of work experience in recruiting (experience from a marketing field preferred).
  • Familiarity with job search tools, social media scouting and professional network groups such as JobsDB, JobThai, Linkedin, Facebook Groups.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who also works well individually.
  • Self-starter mindset with attention to detail. Work hard / play hard attitude.
