Supervisor Telemarketing /Assistant Telemarketing Manager

Responsibility

• Working within established guidelines.
• Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium, productivity.
• Strategic objectives for the unit, through cold calls, lead generation and campaign sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields
• Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business)
• Excellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native language
• Good Convincing and motivating skill
• Previous successful experience in Direct Client selling, where the product is intangible is preferred
• Experience in working in a computerized environment.
• High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
