About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Call Center (Thai-English Skill) to join our team at MOCAP Limited'. In this contract role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of call centre agents, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. The position is based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coaching a team of call centre agents to maintain high levels of customer satisfactionMonitoring and evaluating team and individual performance, providing feedback and support for continuous improvementDeveloping staff schedules and work plans to meet business needs and ensure appropriate coverageIdentifying training requirements and coordinating the implementation of training programsResolving complex customer inquiries and escalating issues as neededAnalysing call centre data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvementsCollaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a call centre supervisor or team leader, preferably in a customer service or contact centre environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle complex customer inquiriesProficiency in both Thai and English languages, both written and verbalFamiliarity with call centre metrics and data analysis to drive continuous improvementKnowledge of call centre operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
