Strategic Planning Manager - PR Agency (60-80K) Work Near MRT Rama IX

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic communication plan to achieve the client’s goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sale, product, growth team, creative, content and account management, to develop integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results including but not limited to branding strategy, marketing communication strategy, customer acquisition strategy, customer retention strategy and social interaction activities. 

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for business success.

• Contributing ideas and customer touch points to the overall brief and developing communication strategy to build a corporate reputation and enhance customer engagement

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and unique selling propositions. Translate client requirements into actionable marketing strategies that drive value and achieve long-term goals.

• Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders in order to re-strategize the existing plan for the better result.

• Supervise team to ensure efficient output for the client’s business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, or a similar role within the marketing agency business.

• Have experience in handling IPOs and listed companies clients would be preferred.

• Have knowledge or experience about Investment and Financial is a must.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English.

• Creative and critical thinking abilities to develop innovative solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools, social media, analytics platforms.

• Passion for marketing and a keen eye for industry trends and consumer behavior.

• Embraces challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.

• A Portfolio is required for this position
