Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic thinking for digital campaigns across various client industries.

• Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, cultural insights, and digital innovation.

• Translate research findings into actionable strategic insights and campaign directions.

• Work with account and creative teams to develop briefs, guide ideation, and ensure creative outputs meet strategic objectives.

• Partner with media and performance teams to define targeting, media mix, and KPIs.

• Present strategies, reports, and campaign insights to clients with confidence and clarity.

• Stay on top of digital trends, new platforms, tools, and audience behavior to keep clients ahead of the curve.

• Support new business development with strategic input, pitch decks, and client proposals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in strategic planning or digital marketing within an agency environment.

• Strong grasp of digital ecosystems including content, social, paid media, influencer, CRM, and web experience.

• Ability to interpret data and turn it into compelling stories and strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Collaborative spirit, but able to lead strategy independently when needed.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SimilarWeb, GWI, or social listening platforms.

• Curious, creative, and always looking to challenge the status quo.
