Strategic Initiatives Management Manager (Insurance Broker)

1. Lead and manage strategic initiatives, including the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and make informed recommendations.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

4. Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and align with the company’s strategic direction.

5. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

6. Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may arise during the implementation of initiatives.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning and execution.

Job Qualification :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or a related role.

3. Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects and strategic initiatives.

4. Strong understanding of strategic planning and project management methodologies.

5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

6. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
