•Coordinate with Operation Manager/ Brand Manager to define the overall goals and direction in the store to drive performance aligning with the company and responsible brand standard •Work closely with Operation Manager to communicate and provide both of product knowledge and sales training to the store staff; delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs •Communicate regularly with the store team to strengthen store performance and customer experiences to fulfill company/brand standard requirement •Drive sales on daily/weekly/monthly basis with team including initiate innovative actions to achieve the sales target •Work with Visual Merchandiser to give suggestions and ensure that window display properly setup as per brand’s requirement Prepare all necessary Sales Reports (daily and monthly) and Stock Report (monthly), expense reimbursement, credit card slips submission, etc. to the head office - Efficiently operate the POS system and make sure that all sales transactions (credit card, cash, deposits) correspond to the sales turnover generated on a daily basis
