1. Specific tasks and responsibilities Reviewing and Monitoring of local legal compliance and Epiroc requirement. Ensuring continuous development of Management System including audit program, safety activities, awareness campaign, illness & injury prevention plan, reporting, investigating, analyzing and documenting all near misses, incidents/accident database and regulatory compliances. Providing Safety & Health resource for management decision-making to prevent hazard from business operation, through risk assessment, potential environmental and social impacts, including issues related to the health and safety of employees, local communities and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all SHEQ programs at workplace are implement in compliance with Global Epiroc requirement and Thai laws. Strongly drive SHEQ objectives and target and SHEQ plan achieve on target. Supervising team members to ensure that assigned tasks can be done by meet operational standard. Assisting to enhance the effectiveness of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) controlling and the quality of management reporting by means of internal SHEQ audits and site inspections, effective SHEQ program monitoring and audit action follow-up, monthly and yearly SHEQ management reporting, participation in operation meetings & management reviews. Leading & coordinate with all function to perform safety risk assessment to ensure risk is well manage and prepare documentation to report to the relevant. Leading an investigation and analysis of all accidents/incidents in the site in order to prevent reoccurrence and provide measures for accident prevention. Also record report and tracking. Track and follow up of actions/completions to ensure timing solution of any finding from SHEQ audits. Ensure that the workplace emergency system is always active. Developing and providing SHEQ training, education and guidance to Employees, Supervisors and Managers. Prepare and report related with SHEQ topics follow local SHEQ regulations. (such as chemical, safety officer in each level , fire drill, occupational health etc.) Participate in SHEQ committee meeting, SHEQ audit and follow up action completion. Establish SHEQ procedure / WI and ensure that all documents are always update. Managing of chemical safety management system. Controlling, promoting and supporting Contractor Safety Management. Create activities to promote SHEQ awareness and safety campaign e.g. monthly SHEQ communication, safety newsletters, Epiroc Safety day etc. To analyze data of Sustainability topics and report. Travelling to site visit and supporting all operational locations and new projects when required. Perform other duties (Admin & Non-core purchase) as assigned by superior. 2. Formal knowledge and experience needed · Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health and Safety or related fields. · Having eligible qualification of Jor Por under the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act and/or equivalent. · At least 5 year experience in SHEQ management and Occupational Health System. · Fluent in English both written and verbal. · Strong analytical skill, process-oriented mindset. · Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational influence skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams. · Strong leadership with a good interpersonal skills and excellent communications.
