Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Check site
  • Construction drawing (CAD)
  • Able to design large scale project (1,000+ m2)
  • Get brief form client
  • Create concept, lay out, select materials
  • Power Point presentation
  • Verbal presentation in English/Thai
  • Construction details and drawing
  • Coordinate with design team, PM and Marketing.

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate interior fit-out, M&E high-rise building office renovation 
  • Able to understand BOQ
  • Able to use 3D, Photoshop, Power Point, Illustration
  • Good English 
  • Punctual & Responsible
  • Can work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Leadership Skill
