Sr. Business Development - UIH Digital Business Group

UIH - Digital Business Group has mission is to help Thai companies successfully create future-of-work capabilities. Our business and technology units work closely with many of the world’s leading technology providers and local partners to develop digital solutions for our clients.

Sr. Business Development Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand into new markets, including both government and private sector organizations

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to formulate effective business strategies

• Create sales plans and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and other relevant teams to design solutions and strategic proposals

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and related sales documents

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business plans

• Represent the company at various events, seminars, and industry functions to build networks and explore new business opportunities

• Generate sales reports, identify business opportunities, and provide updates on sales pipelines for management review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or IT solutions

• Strong understanding of B2B business and complex solution selling

• Excellent strategic planning, presentation, and negotiation skills at the enterprise level

• Proficient in both Thai and English communication

• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

• Knowledge of solutions such as Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Center, or Managed Services is a strong advantage
