About the role
As a Spa Manager at Divana Wellness Company Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxurious spa located in the heart of Sathorn, Bangkok. This full-time position is an integral part of our organisation, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of our wellness facilities.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the spa's schedule, staff, and resources to deliver a seamless and relaxing customer experience
- Ensure all spa services and treatments are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism
- Train, develop and motivate the spa team to provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the spa operation
- Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive spa bookings and revenue
- Liaise with other departments to maintain a cohesive brand experience
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the spa's offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a spa or wellness centre management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial management
- Passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English languages
