Solution Engineer / Microsoft / Google / Other Cloud Platform (UIH Digital)

As a Solutions Engineer (Microsoft / Google / Other Cloud Platform), you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive technology solutions for our clients. These solutions will revolve around both Microsoft and Google technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power BI, Azure, Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), OpenAI, and other related platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide customized solutions that leverage these technologies to optimize their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure, business goals, and technical requirements. Design tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate Microsoft and Google technologies to enhance their business operations.

• Implementation: Configure, deploy, and manage technology services and components, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to technology services and solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.

• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients' IT teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required for the proper use and management of technology services.

• Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest developments in technology trends and emerging Microsoft and Google technologies. Continuously recommend improvements and optimizations to clients' technology environments.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft and Google technologies in digital workspace, data AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other modern solutions.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, collaboration tools, infrastructure, and related services, with a focus on Microsoft and Google technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Microsoft / Google / Cloud Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud and modern technologies 

• At least 3-5 years of work experience
