Position:           SMT Manager (New model/product)

Salary: Up to 100k

Location:          Nong Yai, Chonburi

Working day: Monday - Friday / 8.30 am - 17.30 pm

Job description:

• Review product designs (DFM) for new projects and identify potential manufacturing risks early on.

• Set improvement goals for production processes and monitor progress regularly.

• Lead engineering teams to improve yield and resolve issues on SMT and assembly lines.

• Guide engineers in performing failure analysis and solving quality issues during pilot runs, mass production, and customer feedback stages.

• Communicate with customers regarding design or quality standards that exceed current manufacturing capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, testing, and project departments to ensure product quality and efficiency.

• Implement automation technologies to improve process efficiency and product yield.

• Conduct internal reviews after each build to summarize open issues, risks, and lessons learned.

• Resolve all design and material-related issues during the new product development phase.

• Prepare and summarize investment budgets related to production and new projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.

• Over 7 years of experience in New Product Introduction Engineer / SMT Process Engineer Manager / Process Development Engineer in Electronic manufacturing industry.

• Experiences manage team (7-10 persons)

• Strong English communication skills (reading and writing).

• If able to communicate in Chinese will be advantage.
