Job Description

Position: Site Responsible (Customer Service / Receptionist)

Reports to: Site Manager

Working Hours: 5 Days/Week (8 Working Hours, 1 Hour Break) as per scheduled by Site Manager. 

Site Location: Spaces Phahon 19 (Phahon Yothin - Chatuchak)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be a F24s ambassador and add value to members in every aspect of your daily work by helping our members and creating a community feeling.

  • Be proactive in picking up member needs and create additional value to retain members and exceed member expectations.

  • Cooperate with colleagues to achieve development and progress at the site, within the region and the company.

  • Contribute to customer experience by always striving for innovative thinking and changes that improve service for our members.

  • Motivating members in an inspiring way on the customers terms.

  • Inspire and promote Fitness24Sevens full offer of training, gyms and products to ensure retention of members.

  • Treat our members with great hospitality to secure excellent customer service and fuss free training.

  • Daily and weekly planning of administrative and operational tasks on the site according to our workflow: Help, Maintain, retain. 

  • Follow up on KPIs with the immediate manager to ensure that the site reaches budget targets in retention of members, NPS and other KPIs.

  • Secure that processes and guidelines supplied by Management group/HQ and RM are implemented and followed and benefit the customers.

  • Maintain good professional cooperation with company partners such as property owners, janitors, suppliers and other partners.

  •  Always be an ambassador, a good role model and inspire others to be hospitable and work according to company values.

  • Responsible for effectively managing service errands to keep the site AFF and increase customer service.

  • Responsible for planning and maintaining AFF in the most efficient and cost-conscious way.

  • Support and help our members in the gym to enable secure training and great hospitality.

  • Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment to secure fuss-free training.

 

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome!

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • High Vocational are also considered. 

  • Able to use English for communication in both writing and speaking (Simple English Communication)

  • Love working in Hospitality.
