Site Manager (Bangkok Metropolitan Region)

Position: Site Manager

Reports to: Area Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

·       Responsible of personnel planning at the site in terms of recruiting, retaining and developing co-workers according to company guidelines and values.

·       In cooperation with Area Manager plan and launch improvement initiatives for the site.

·       Responsible for planning structured meetings on site with Site Responsible, Personal Trainers & Group Instructors when needed.

·       Responsible for increasing sales, customer retentions and customer service to secure the site’s targets are reached.

·       Operate the site cost-efficiently in accordance with budget, company guidelines and values.

·       Responsible for leading the site ensuring AFF (Available, Functional, Fresh)and operations of excellence.

·       Be operational and identify and analyze keys to success and target achievement and coach staff accordingly.

·       Be a role model regarding company values and code of conduct.

Working Hours:

·       5 Days working, 2 Days Off (8 Working Hours, 1 Hour Break)

·       Mainly working hours from 11 AM – 8 PM.

·       Able to work as a shifts at least 2 days per week or when is needed for the site as assigned by Area Manager.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.

·       2+ Years of direct experience in management related role from Fitness industry

·       Ability to efficiently collaborate and communicate with other departments

·       Able to use English for communicating and writing.

·       Good interpersonal skills and excellent communicator

·       Good decision-making skills and quick action
