Shift Supervisor - Logistics (Welcome New Grad)

Core Responsibilities;

• Work collaborative with related functions including customer development, finance, customer service & Logistics (export planner, export & local transportation planner
• Perform order management in SAP & do transportation management for IndoChina shipment ( Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar) while closely communicate & collaborate with CDT CS&L IDT
• Effectively communicate to 3PL logistics service provider for shipment arrangement for export and IndoChina
• Accountable for shipping documents for Export, IndoChina & managing documents distribution to all concerned customers.
• Support customs team for duty drawback refund process
• Lead & monitor AEO compliance & maintain high standard
• Monitor 3PL logistics service provider performance & maintain relationships
• Monitor operation performance and understand department KPI
• Knows and uses the Recovery and Recall procedure
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. 

Qualifications;

 - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field.

 - 1-2 Years experience in Logistics (New grads are welcome)

 - Able to work in shift rotation.

 - Good English proficiency (verbal, writing and reading skills).

 - Proficient in using Google tools is preferable.

 - Skill for supervision and Fundamental of Distribution & Warehousing.
