Job Description:

• Manage Company Safety, Security, Health and Environment procedure and
• Manage the performance/ certification of the Quality Systems such as ISO9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 & 14001:2015).
• Monitor new legislation related to safety, health and environment standards and facilities change as necessary.
• Identify, investigate report and provide guidance relative to root causes of accidents, near misses, employee safety programs and regulatory compliance related health and safety.
• Develop emergency disaster plans.
• Develop and Manage Safety training program for employees.
• Implement performance standard, benchmarks and KPIs that allow accurate measurement of performance.
• Provide guidance and technical support to management regarding safety
• To follow up company policy and promote company activities such as ISO, 5S and Other Activities to be achieved the company objectives.
• Handle and assist the daily needs of the company (General Affairs) such as circulation of document, handing of various office requests, assisting employees
  in terms of office policies or rules, etc.
• To perform any other task that assigned by superior and management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Health and Occupational
• Good Command in English
• Experience in Heavy Industry
• Able to drive
• Proactive
