Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Chachoengsao)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Specialist who will be a part of our team. For additional detail please see as following detail.

Location: Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao (On-site)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 07.40-17.25

Your main role is to:

• Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost-effective manner

• Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed

• Supervise talent acquisition and guideline within the team.

• Handle and analyze recruitment reports using excel and internal system.

• Sources and develop a pipeline candidates against job requirements.

• Utilize networking and sourcing resources including: social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness

• Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems

• Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans

• Participate in employer branding projects and events.

• Other recruitment or talent acquisition related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields

• Minimum 4-8 years of working experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition

• Good command in Thai and English communication skills. (meetings and presentations)

• Advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and reporting.

• Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.

• Able to work under pressure and in the manufacturing environment.
