Senior SAP MM (Module of Material Management )

Job Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead diverse, high-performing teams, providing coaching and creating growth opportunities to ensure continuous team development in SAP consulting.
• SAP Consulting Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Material Management (MM) and related modules such as SAP S/4HANA, Procurement, and Inventory Management. Provide consulting to clients on best practices, system optimization, and integration with non-SAP systems.
• System Integration & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP MM, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple SAP projects, managing timelines, resources, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with project requirements for SAP-related services.
• Trend Analysis & Advisory: Monitor industry trends, including SAP advancements and competitor activities, recommending strategic changes to maintain a competitive edge and align with best practices in SAP consulting.

Job Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Engineering (GPA ≥ 2.75), or Engineering (e.g., Computer Engineering, IT Engineering) with a GPA ≥ 2.5. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with SAP Material Management (MM) and related SAP modules, with a strong understanding of non-SAP systems and experience in leading system implementations.
• Consulting Knowledge: In-depth expertise in SAP MM, S/4HANA, Procurement, and Inventory Management, with the ability to design and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
• A Plus for candidate whom working in  IT Consultant Company  will be an advantage.  
• Project Leadership: At least 4 full life-cycle SAP implementations in a Functional Lead, Project Lead, or SAP Technical Lead role, focusing on SAP MM or related modules.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct business process analysis, facilitate workshops, and ensure effective system integration.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, especially within the PTT Group.
