Senior Quality Management Officer

Job Description : 

1. Establish, maintain and develop the quality and food safety management system to meet the 

    requirements of certification bodies and customers.

2. Support the assessment from external agencies.

3. Conduct the good hygiene practice (GHP) audit, internal audit and food defense according to the 

    specified schedule covering all applicable requirements. Prepare reports from the audit.

4. Provide internal audit reports, audit summaries and corrective action request logs (CAR log).

5. Follow up on the progress of corrective action received from the external agency audit and the 

     scheduled audit.

6. Provide the food defense plan of outside production areas.

7. Rehearsal and provide reports of food safety incidents and food defenses.

8. Provide the monthly report of the quality and food safety system.

9. Organize the quality and food safety system activities

10. Provide training materials and train employees to have knowledge and understanding of the 

        quality and food safety management system.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.

2. Pass training and have experience in quality and food safety system establishment such as 

     ISO 9001, GHP, HACCP, FSSC, IFS, BRCGS etc.

3. At least 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing.

4. Able to use microsoft office, adobe acrobat, canva, etc.

5. Good command of English will be an advantage (elementary proficiency).

6. Communicate and coordinate with the relevant departments effectively in order that assigned 

      projects are completed on time.

7. Have leadership skills and enjoy activities.
