Job Description
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety and health management systems to meet or exceed standard and legal requirements.
- Investigates accidents, analyzes findings, provides reports, recommends corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards.
- Keeps up to date on safety legislation and any developments that may impact the company.
- Collaborate with internal/external departments, contractors, vendors, and business partners with the common goal to prevent incidents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar SHE management role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and able to influence and communicate effectively with management, leaders, and third party contractors.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Good command of English.
