Senior Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, both online and offline, aligned with the organization's marketing and business goals.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand customer behavior, and evaluate competitors' strategies.

3. Advise the team on digital marketing strategies and create content and campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, blogs, and websites.

4. Analyze data and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on insights.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts while staying updated on marketing trends and news.

6. Summarize results and present reports within the department, collaborating with other teams to enhance service efficiency.
    

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of experience in marketing strategy, market analysis, content creation, and social media management.

3. Creative mindset, proficient in technology, and consistently follows trending content.

4. Strong strategic thinking abilities.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Good negotiation skills.

7. Proficient in both Thai and English, with strong speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work under pressure within tight deadlines.

Working Hours

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM (off on Saturdays and Sundays)
  We operate 5 days a week with 2 days of remote work (WFH) each week.
