Position: HR Executive - Senior Level
Job Type: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Salary Range: Up to 80,000 THB (basd upon experience)
Working Days: Monday-Friday / 8 Hours Per Day
Responsibilities:
1. Work in partnership with the Thailand Operation leader as business partner, contributing to the implementation of the business strategy
2. Supporting, designing, developing and leading the execution of the unit people strategy and plans
3. Fully understand the company's HR strategy and practices and localize & customize the same in Thailand by cooperating with corporate HR team. Details include but not limited to designing and implementing HR policies in Thailand in accordance with the labour law, Talent & Career Management, Performance Management & Development, Reward & Recognition processed, People Practices, capability building / Talent Development, Strengthen Employee Relations, Talent engagement & Retention, HR operation (payroll) & Compliance
4. Provide HR leadership and coaching to managers regarding employee relation issues
5. Lead significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design
6. Partner with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures
7. Ensure HR metrics fully reflected in daily people management and meet the targets
