We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Data Team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, extensive experience in statistical modeling, and machine learning expertise to extract insights from large datasets. You will work closely with business stakeholders to drive data-driven solutions that optimize client engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, develop, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to uncover trends in trading patterns, client behavior, and market movements.

• Data Visualization: Build interactive dashboards that clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Quality, Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and security, maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with investment consultants, and sales teams to identify business opportunities, provide data-driven recommendations, and establish clear performance metrics for success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. 

• 1 - 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role. 

• Experience with machine learning frameworks .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective presentations to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability in evolving technological landscapes.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and mentoring team members is a plus.
