Position: Senior Customer Service Officer - PSTH Serithai

Working location: Serithai, Kannayao district (Home Appliances Products) 

Job Description:

• Conduct customer service business planning for service expenses.

• Control the customer service budget and manage the payment process for all partners and outsourced services.

• Coordinate and process payments to Authorized Service Partner and venders.

• Prepare monthly reports, such as customer service P&L, direct/indirect costs, warranty costs by product category, customer service KPIs, and month-end closing reports.

• Handle quarterly and half-year reports as required by the customer regional team, e.g., Cost Visualization, and customer service self-audit reports.

• Review and ensure the accuracy of Authorized Service Center, In Warranty Work Order claims for labor expenses related to work orders.

• Maintain communication and coordination with others related department.

• Organize and manage pending Work Order claims, including arranging service parts and coordinating with Authorized Service Center to complete IW WOs.

• Maintain and update system data related to in-warranty extensions and periods as requested by Sales Representatives, Customer Relation Center, and Marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or any related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

• Experince in SAP and Salesforce software.

• Solid in Microsoft Office (Excel Formular ; Pivot, VLOOKUP and etc.) 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven knowledge of Accounting and Financial forecasting, analysis and budget control.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
