Position: Senior Customer Service Officer - PSTH Serithai Working location: Serithai, Kannayao district (Home Appliances Products) Job Description: Conduct customer service business planning for service expenses. Control the customer service budget and manage the payment process for all partners and outsourced services. Coordinate and process payments to Authorized Service Partner and venders. Prepare monthly reports, such as customer service P&L, direct/indirect costs, warranty costs by product category, customer service KPIs, and month-end closing reports. Handle quarterly and half-year reports as required by the customer regional team, e.g., Cost Visualization, and customer service self-audit reports. Review and ensure the accuracy of Authorized Service Center, In Warranty Work Order claims for labor expenses related to work orders. Maintain communication and coordination with others related department. Organize and manage pending Work Order claims, including arranging service parts and coordinating with Authorized Service Center to complete IW WOs. Maintain and update system data related to in-warranty extensions and periods as requested by Sales Representatives, Customer Relation Center, and Marketing team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or any related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Experince in SAP and Salesforce software. Solid in Microsoft Office (Excel Formular ; Pivot, VLOOKUP and etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven knowledge of Accounting and Financial forecasting, analysis and budget control. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
