Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients Prepare/Attend client meeting, Complete/ Be responsible for the reports committed to clients Analyze scope of works, Develop solutions of Engineering services or relevant technology for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements Manage capital projects, prepare capital projects and is own budget for the assigned accounts Develop preventive maintenance plan, capital projects pipeline accordance with solutions provided Coordinate, oversee, manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians Contribute to the evolution of vendor management in the areas of technical assessment, scope of work development/verification, mobilization and vendor competency database development, pricing Team management Provide supervision to individuals within operational area Recommend/ Select staff recruitment, mentor and coach team members for further develop competencies Determine and develop manpower planning, not limited to team structure, manpower arrangement, duty roster etc. Mentor and coach team members for further develop competencies, provide the training programs are needed Others All other duties assigned from time to time by the superior and/or company QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Minimum of Eight years of related experience and/or training. Working experience with business law, contracting principles and practices, and general and industry specific regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of contracts database systems, software, modules, etc. Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
