As a Senior/Application Technologist, you will demonstrate expert-level tasting abilities and working knowledge of how to adjust seasoning formulations to meet desired sensory profiles and product specifications. This role requires a basic understanding of raw materials and seasoning ingredients with the capability to develop a variety of seasoning types aligned with customer briefs and problem-solving requirements. You should possess a foundational awareness of local and regional regulatory standards related to seasoning products as well as basic knowledge of seasoning manufacturing equipment and processes. Additionally, the ability to prepare and deliver clear, technically sound presentations related to seasoning creation is essential.

• Prepare seasoning samples in response to customer briefs, application trials, internal requests, technology assessments, quality control standards, physical testing and other related purposes.
• Formulate new basic seasoning creations or modify existing ones to meet customer specifications across a wide range of seasoning types and applications.
• Support product development by participating in the evaluation of seasonings in food products and providing feedback on flavor performance and functionality.
• Manage day-to-day brief-related activities and take full ownership of assigned projects.
• Deliver seasoning solutions that meet all customer requirements including GMP compliance, scalability, production readiness and regulatory standards.
• Lead and support customer visits and presentations when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of seasoning formulations, application samples and project data using company database systems.
• Ensure the laboratory is maintained in a clean, organized and safe condition in accordance with EHS policies and good laboratory practices.

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline.
• At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in food applications laboratory.
• Strong proficiency in sensory evaluation and flavor assessment techniques
• Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt effectively within multicultural and cross functional environments
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel on short- and medium-term assignments
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Thai
