Senior Accounts Receivable Officer (Overseas Accounting)

Responsibilities:

• Drive a portfolio of cash/credit customers in Accounts Receivable in ensuring the timeliness of payment to comply with agreed credit terms and policy adherence.

• Targets to minimize gaps between DSO & BPDSO, and deliver on Collection KPIs.

• Work cross-functionally to drive the collection, resolve the issue proactively, deliver value service to our Agent (3rd Party) and support to drive business growth from a Finance perspective.

• Responsible for driving Agent (3rd Party) outcomes through positive Agent experience in finance-related processes and finance-related projects.

• Review weekly and monthly outstanding AR for high volume and problematic locations, attend to queries and liaise with RCL agents on their outstanding debt issues.

• Reconcile and solve the data discrepancies between SAP and DCS in a timely manner.

• Assist the External & Internal Audit process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in AR function.

• Able understanding of AR corporate or Agent finance and business.

• English skills in Listening / Speaking / Writing an intermediate level.

• An analytical skill that’s able to link/ relate to and analyze information.

• Superior Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.

• Familiar with MS Office and SAP or Power BI will be an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline of FS closing every 1st of the month and related reports.
