Senior Account Executive (IT Product-3 Year Contract Renewal)

Job Description: 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs, providing tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Lead proposal development, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing sales presentations.
• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, deal closure, to post-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams and support customer onboarding.
• Provide after-sales support and account management to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualification : 

• Educations
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer, IT or other related fields (GPA 2.75 in Engineering, 3.00 in IT or other related field)
• Experience:
  • At least 4 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.Pre sale , Sale Engineer,
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in IT product sales, specializing in Infrastructure solutions (Network, Server, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Telecommunication).
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic Networking: Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, etc.
  • Server/Storage/Cloud: Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
  • Cybersecurity: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate.
• Business & Financial Skills:
  • Financial analysis, tax regulations, and bidding processes.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong motivation, result-oriented mindset, and a CAN-DO attitude.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and open to challenges.
• Language:
  • TOEIC required score at least 600 as the minimum specification
