About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Designer to join our dynamic team at ONEW ADVERTISING (THAILAND) CO., LTD. in our centrally located office in Skyy9 Centre Office,Dindaeng, Bangkok. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning three-dimensional designs that captivate and engage our clients and their audiences.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and design 3D models, environments, and animations for a variety of advertising, media, and artistic projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creatives, marketers, and account managers, to bring client visions to life
• Optimise 3D assets for efficient performance and seamless integration into various digital and print platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of your work
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their 3D design capabilities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3D designer, preferably in an advertising, media, or creative agency setting
• Proficient in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and animation using industry-leading software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Excellent understanding of 3D design principles, including composition, perspective, and material properties
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to conceptualise innovative 3D solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate your ideas effectively
• Passion for staying current with emerging 3D design trends and technologies
