Secondary School Art Teacher (Start in August)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach middle school art classes.

• Develop and teach elective courses for middle and high school students (e.g., Art and Crafts, Fashion Design, Character Design,  Studio Art, Graphic Design, Product Design, etc.).

• Assist with the procurement, organization, and maintenance of art supplies.

• Display student artwork throughout the school.

• Participate in extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field

• Teaching certification/license

• Previous experience teaching art to middle school students preferred

• Proficiency in a variety of art mediums and techniques

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to participate in extracurricular activities and school events outside of regular school hours

• Willingness to collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to the school community
