Location: Bankhai, Rayong Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share in the construction equipment sector. Build strong customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify business opportunities in industries such as construction, power plants, refineries, and petrochemical sectors. Monitor sales performance and report progress to senior management. Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer, Business, or related field At least 5 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment or machinery At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role Good communication of English Possess driving license with own car Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
