Position: Relationship Consultant (Sales Executive)

What’s the overall purpose of the job?

• Drive, deliver and exceed pre-determined membership sales targets.
• Acknowledge and provide support to all potential members, current members and guests.
• Promote and arrange the appropriate program based on individual member requirements.

Experience                
 

• Minimum 1 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in delivering impeccable customer service and responding to feedback and complaints 
   

Skills      
 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to work to KPI's and achieve and exceed sales targets
• Number savvy and proficient with calculations
• Understanding of health and fitness industry desirable Knowledge of local area surrounding club desirable MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – intermediate
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Qualifications
 

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
