Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Reponsilble for contacting existing customers and identify/pursue their demand, as well as opportunities to win relationship and business with customers in order to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with exist customers (oversea counterparties), also develop more new customers business from nextwork of company
- Set up and attend conference calls with oversea counterparties to develop more business development as and when it is necessary.
- Expand the company's air and ocean freight, domestic (trucker/custom shipping) business/services with following the sales strategy, with collaborating with pricing team to ensure that requirements are fulfilled wihtin a timely manner.
- Ensure for best soulution for selling with satisfied service provide to secure business as stable development
- Identify different advantage for each carriers service products (routes and service) to ensure selling stratgey is on correct way
- Be obliged to observe/analysis market trend/competitor actions during discuss with customers and report to supervisors, ensuring stratgey could secure business smoothly
- Achieve company monthly, quarterly, yearly target or missions to keep company profitability
- Build up effective relationship and collaborate within organizations to ensure for the best services that's render to customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree related to business administration or marketing, or a related field,
- Experience: 2+ years of working experience in the carriers or logistics industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to take on challenge/multiple tasks and able to work under pressure.
- Computer literate in Ms Office, such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Outlook, PPT.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
-Language: Proficiency in English and if also fluently in Chinese will be given consideration as first priority
