Safety & Environment Manager - Nakhon Luang, Ayutthaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management:
  • Developing and reviewing annual safety plans and activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Planning, monitoring, and implementing safety policies.
  • Reviewing and updating safety procedures for workplace operations.
  • Conducting safety awareness campaigns and accident prevention programs.
  • Evaluating workplace risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Environmental Management:
  • Developing and implementing an annual environmental management plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring and inspecting environmental conditions within and around the facility.
  • Ensuring all environmental policies and procedures align with legal requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management in a manufacturing environment (experience in heavy industries such as cement, steel, sugar, or mining is a plus).
• Must hold a Professional Safety Officer license.
• Experience in a Management Team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (proactive risk assessment is a plus).
• Ability to assess workplace safety and environmental risks.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental laws and regulations.
• Experience or knowledge in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
