Rock Agent - Lifeguard will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job summary

• The Beach Club team and in particular Life Guard duties must be fully knowledgeable of all procedures and policies relating to the safety of guests using the pool and Pool side. 

• All Lifeguards and Beach Club Team Members must be fully trained in this procedure and policy and be fully knowledgeable in its contents and execution.

• Competent on Hotel’s emergency procedures and ensure implementation of these related procedures when required.

• Able to provide correct pool activities information, up-selling & cross-selling regarding hotel facilities & services.

• Able to invite guests to participate in Hotel’s plan activities and join water/pool recreational activities with guests. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications;

• THAI Nationality.

• An energetic person who has working experience in Hotel Business would be a strong plus.

• Graduate with a degree or higher in Sports Science, Arts Program in Sport and Recreation Management for Health or related fields.

• At least 1-2 year experience with a proven track record in Pool Attendant, Lifeguard or related responsibilities, either in an international branded four or five star would be an advantage.

• Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable.

• Strong customer serviced mind and always flexible.

• This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.
