What You’ll Do

As our Reliability Manager (Processing), your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Feasibility Studies - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and design requirements to align with business goals and strategies.

• Project Implementation - Manage project execution from design to handover, including approval, tendering, installation, risk assessments, and completion documentation.

• Maintenance Leadership – Lead a team of technicians, ensuring shift reliability and implementing preventative maintenance plans. You’ll foster strong team communication and develop growth plans for your team members.

• Maintenance Leadership – Focus on minimizing downtime, managing training programs, optimizing spare parts, and ensuring maintenance budgets are on target.

• Maintenance Leadership – Oversee accurate downtime tracking, continuous development of the preventative maintenance program, and complete job order tracking.

• Factory Technical Leadership – Drive safety, quality, and cost-efficient initiatives while coaching and leading troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes of issues.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical design, with a solid background in food manufacturing or consumer products. You’ll also need 3+ years in project and people management.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance expertise, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. A collaborative, team-first mindset is a must. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.     

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
