Neogen Corporation is seeking for an experienced graphic designer who can create stunning visual content that communicates our message effectively to diverse audiences across APAC regions. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent English communication writing and conversation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Content Creation: Create graphics, brochures, social media assets, videos, and other visual content, including copywriting and video editing, that meet our company's branding standards.

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for campaigns, including email marketing, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Asset Localization and File Management: Adapt designs for various languages and formats in the APAC region and manage design files to ensure consistency and quality control.

• Visual Identity Maintenance: Maintain our visual identity across various mediums (e.g., print, digital, web) and develop a comprehensive library of design assets.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams in the APAC region to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

• Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (e.g., Visual Communications, Fine Arts).

• 3+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.).

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with creative thinking.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in writing and conversational skills in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across APAC region.

Other Relevant Experiences:

• Ability to adapt designs for various languages and formats.

• Experience with web design and development principles. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Experience working with multicultural teams or clients.
