In this role, you will take the lead in creating and supporting communication and training materials, empowering farmers and stakeholders with valuable knowledge. Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and industry partners will be at the heart of your work, fostering collaboration and trust. You will also manage field databases and contribute to meaningful project monitoring and evaluation through analysis and data visualization. Additionally, you will spearhead biodiversity and carbon programs, helping to shape a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future. Main areas of responsibility: Lead implementation of activities based on logical framework and in close consultation with Field Lead. Apply applicable supply chain solutions to leverage achievements in responsible supply chain/supply chain landscape. As a regenerative agriculture officer, you will play a key part in supporting project data collection and management, ensuring accurate tracking for impact measurement and reporting. You will contribute to technical assessments, collaborative research, and biodiversity or carbon-related initiatives, while maintaining field equipment in optimal condition. Delivering project targets on time and with quality—particularly in regenerative agriculture and best farming practices—will be a central focus. You will apply adaptive and innovative management strategies that strengthen farmer resilience, integrating them into the project’s capacity-building efforts. Strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders will be fostered through consistent engagement and field activities. Additionally, you will oversee quality control for outsourced consultants and partnerships, ensuring alignment with project goals. Regular communication and collaboration with the Project Manager will be essential to keep activities on track, ensuring smooth execution within budget and project guidelines. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in agriculture, biology, ecology, forestry, or environmental management to join our team. If you’re a native Thai speaker, including Southern dialects, with strong communication skills—someone who listens well, is humble and open-minded, and can confidently engage with others—you could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll work closely with farmers and rural communities, facilitating trainings and workshops to drive meaningful change. You’ll also manage field data, analyze and interpret findings, and craft insightful reports. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, so if you love developing and unlocking innovations from farmers, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You should be comfortable working in remote areas, hold a valid driving license for both cars and motorcycles in Thailand, and be proficient in data management, Microsoft Office, and social networking.
