Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Create job postings and screen applications. Source potential candidates from career websites, social media, and recruitment agencies. Contact, review CVs, and interview candidates. Present and arrange interviews with line managers. Follow up on interview feedback and keep candidates informed. Update data of recruitment status and prepare the recruitment report. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition with a background in handling mass recruitment. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
