Qualifications & experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Marketing, Business Administration, Political Science, or other related
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Have knowledge about the recruitment process
  • Experience in recruiting for manufacturing is a plus
  • New Graduate Are Welcome

 

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels. (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
  • End to end recruitment precess
  • Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
  • Weekly and annual meeting minutes to Managers.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
